Find out all the things Big Band Manager can do
We’ve been involved in running big bands for years, and we’re tried lots of different methods of managing members and availability, but none of them really work. So I decided to build something a bit different.

Find out moreAdd Members
Let members register, add their contact details, and select which instruments they can play as part of your band.
Gigs & Rehearsals
Add all of your events, whether those are gigs, rehearsals or even social events. Members can then view your full list of dates.
Create Setlists
Add or import all of your song names into the library. Build a setlist, and link it to a gig so all members can see what you’ll be playing. Send the setlist via email, or export as a branded PDF.
Manage Availability
All members can add their availability for each event, which is tracked. You can see a traffic light system for each event as to who can come, who can’t come, or who hasn’t responded. Send reminders via email.
Create Your Band
Add all your positions to the system, eg Alto 1, Tenor 2, Piano, so you know which positions you need to fill for each event.
Lineup for Events
Choose from a list of available members and drag and drop them into your band positions, so you know when you’ve got a full lineup. Email the lineup to individuals or the whole band.
Admin Access
Band administrators can manage all the band information and control who has access. All member changes are logged into the admin area for you to see changes in availability.
Dashboard
Get a branded dashboard for your band, with your name and your logo, and only used for you.

What’s the catch? How much?
We know a lot of amateur and semi-professional bands don’t have much money, so we’re aiming to price this with a monthly subscription starting at around £10 – £15 a month, either by credit/debit card, or Direct Debit. Come and talk to us though, and we’ll work out a plan.
